   • In progress, waiting for payment gateway information.

6. Diversity policy sponsorship requirements http://lists.linux.org.au/private/committee/2010-July/017355.html

   • Alice, Elspeth and Sarah are working on an outline document that includes guidelines to follow and suggestions for teams to use. LA would not require a certain percentage of attendees to be from any kind of minority, but does require teams to at least think about diversity issues and try to diversify the attendee portfolio.

Michael suggests co-opting Lana as well.

• TODO: Alice to get a document together for the council to check and comment on by the next meeting.

1. Core Values
   • Michael has been working on a document will run his draft by Elspeth before sharing it with the rest of the council. TODO: Elspeth to take Michaels draft under consideration.
2. Community wiki
   • In progress. Peter wants to re-visit access control and make it less awful.

3. Insurance query re HackerSpaces; machinery accident cover etc?

   • John is waiting for more info from HackerSpaces.

4. Associations Incorporation Act 2009
   • In progress.
5. AGM
   • To be scheduled on the wednesday of LCA.

6. WordCamp 2011

   • Motion to accept WordCamp to run as an LA subcommittee under the subcommittee guidelines. Peter Michael TODO: Peter to contact Anthony with the happy news.

General Business

• Discussion of any items that provide relevant information to the council and which might generate motions for next meeting or new action items.

Finish

1. Michael says that Sarah Stokely and James Purser are interested in being on the media team. The team should initially work on liaising with the LCA team to see where they're at and maybe see how to get more media coverage for the conference and document processes.
   • TODO: Michael to ping Shaun.
